Edge Space Systems teammate on NASA ETIS Contract Award August 8, 2014

Edge Space Systems is pleased to be a teammate with Sierra Lobo (prime) for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center award of the Environmental Test and Integration Services II (ETIS II) contract. The contract supports the Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate’s (AETD) Mechanical Systems Division at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. This cost-plus-award fee, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a maximum ordering value of $250 million. The ordering period is for five years starting October 1, 2014.  Under the ETIS II contract, the Sierra Lobo team will provide engineering and technician test and integration support services for the study, design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, verification, and operations of spaceflight and ground system hardware and software, and operations of facilities supporting the development of spaceflight hardware. The work performed at NASA Goddard and NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia.
